Thomas Pressly's principle practice involves commercial, railroad, public utility and insurance defense litigation. Mr. Pressly received his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2013. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas in 2009, where he served as student body president. Following law school, Mr. Pressly served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable S. Maurice Hicks, Jr., United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. He is a member of the Shreveport, Louisiana and Federal Bar Associations.  Mr. Pressly is also a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel.  He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Thomas enjoys giving back to the community through his work with the Shreveport Bar Association and local non-profits. Thomas currently serves as the President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Shreveport Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Pressly serves on the board of directors of the Robinson Film Center and Community Renewal Young Professionals and Ark-La-Tex Ambassadors, the John V. Roach Honors College Board of Visitors at TCU and is a member of the Louisiana Bar Foundation Northwest Community Partnership Panel. He also promotes pro-business legislation as committee member of the legislative policy committee of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce.
