Biography: Bobby Gilliam is the managing partner of the firm and is listed in The Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.  He is also listed in Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers, most recently in 2012.  He is an officer in the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and a Guest Lecturer on Utility and Regulatory Law at Tulane University Law School.  Mr. Gilliam is the annual host of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel North Louisiana Seminar.  He has an active Federal and State litigation practice, appearing in courts throughout Louisiana and in surrounding states.  He also practices extensively before the Louisiana Public Service Commission.  His practice focuses on the defense of corporate clients including railroad law and litigation, public utility and regulatory law, employment law and insurance and corporate defense litigation.
